Thanks to the highly selective 755 nm wavelength, even thinner and lighter hairs can be treated with the best results. The proven reliability of the diode technology assures the optimization of the treatment procedure (no time-consuming heating up) and no running costs.

The MeDioStar NeXT PRO ALeX features a handpiece with a spot of 1.4 cm2, one of the largest on the market among the alexandrite hair removal systems. The integrated skin-cooling system allows the highly efficient pre-cooling of the epidermis, protecting it from the risk of burns. This guarantees the highest degree of comfort for both the patient and the user.
Integrated high power peltier skin cooling
The MeDioStar NeXT PRO ALeX handpiece is fitted with a system that cools the area to be treated immediately before emitting the pulse, guaranteeing greater comfort and safety for the patient during treatment. A monitoring system inside the laser device regulates the cooling level, always keeping the skin temperature low and ensuring painless and extremely delicate treatment for all skin types.
Homogeneous spot for a safe and precise treatment
Thanks to the TAPER technology, a special quartz fiber bundle developed by Asclepion, the laser beam is transmitted in a very uniform way, guaranteeing the even treatment of the treated areas. Thanks to the uniform distribution of energy and the square-shaped beam, there are no gaps between the spots and no zones that are hotter or cooler than others. This guarantees a safe treatment with very low risk of side effects.
Treat up to skin type V safely and effectively
Thanks to the diode technology and to variable pulse length (up to 400ms), MeDioStar NeXT PRO ALeX allows the treatment of skin types up to V, representing a major revolution in the treatment of hair removal with an Alexandrite wavelength. The MeDioStar NeXT PRO ALeX additionally features a vascular handpiece for the treatment of benign vascular lesions. The treatments are non-invasive and, in most cases, there is no need for an anesthetic. The wavelength in the near infrared range reaches even deeper vessels. Vascular treatments use a specially designed handpiece with a long tip (spot of 0.12 cm2) and integrated skin cooling for the optimum treatment of small vessels. The wavelength range includes 940 nm for hemoglobin absorption, which results in a selective and efficient treatment.
The MeDioStar NeXT PRO ALeX is also equipable with the XL handpiece, with the largest spot available on the market. The handpiece is provided with 2 different tips, the XL-L tip (9.1 cm2) and the XL- S tip (3.0 cm2), allowing the treatment of both larger and smaller areas. The new 360° skin-cooling system allows the highly efficient pre-cooling of the epidermis, protecting it from the risk of burns and allowing treatment in any direction. This guarantees the highest degree of comfort for both the patient and the user.

High Power handpiece
Patients with darker skin types and very fine hair can be very tricky cases to deal with. The High Power handpiece offers the possibility to treat this condition with the utmost effectiveness and completely safely, thanks to the diode technology reaching up to 90 J/cm2 with very short pulses.
